As a photographer's assistant
I've loaded B&W film when it was meant to be colour.
Gone on a location shoot and forgot to bring the film.
Turned up in Genoa/Italy and BA had failed to put any of our kit on the flight, It was too heavy, It was on the next flight out but that would arrive after the sceduled shoot was to end.
Turned up in Austria and all our lighting stands had been nicked/gone missing along with some Bron porto flash kit that costs ?10k. Try lighting a shoot with no stands, we had to get people to hold em.
As a photographer I've no mistakes. Cause I've made them at someone elses expence.
The best one I heard was a mate who was in a really posh house placed a Blonde on an expensive persian rug and burned a hole clean through it. Its when you get that burning smell my heart always sinks.
He moved some furniture around/ over the burn and left in a real hurry.
